Shootout Starts September 14

  • The last 10 races of the Nextel Cup schedule will make up the Shootout Series.
  • Eligible drivers will include the top 12 drivers in points at the end of race 26.
  • You will select 1 driver from the drivers list for each of the 10 races.
  • You will select a different driver each week.  Each week you will have to drop the previous weeks driver and pick a different driver for that race. If you do not pick a different driver you will receive 0 points for that race.
  • Each week one driver from the 12 listed will be eliminated, thus the shootout.
  • Driver points will be awarded based on Trading Paints scoring.
  • Prizes, Example: 100 teams X $20 = $2000.  1st $1000, 2nd $400, 3rd, $200,  4th $100,  5th - 10th $50. 
                                     50 teams X $20 = $1000   1st  $500, 2nd $200, 3rd $100, 4th $50,  5th - 10th $25
        Less than 50, 60% for 1st, 30% for 2nd and 10% for 3rd.
